Smartmak is founded in 2005, and the first sauna factory was established in 2005, located in Shushan District, Hefei City, the capital of Anhui Province, China.

2007-2008, Smartmak had opened up a larger market and successfully put into operation the second factory located in Peixian, Xuzhou City, covering an area of 5,000 square meters, and the production staff increased to 100 people.

Smartmak began to expand the third in 2017. The factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters, and the number of production personnel has increased to more than 200. It was officially put into mass production in 2018.

1.  Smartmak has 2 factories. One for wooden saunas, and another is for portable saunas. 

2.  Smartmak's products have passes GS, CE, ETL, SASO, SAA and other domestic and international safety certificates. And the company has always been in accordance with the requirements of modern enterprise management efforts to implement ISO9000 quality management system standards, improve the level of quality management. Customers can do inspection in Smartmak's factory before or during production.

3.  Smartmak acceptable many kinds of payment, such as Western Union, L/C, D/P, D/A, T/T, MoneyGram, PayPal, etc.

4.  Smartmak's Regular payment term: 30% deposit , 70% before shipment, or negotiated.

5.  Smartmak's product lead time: 

     --After receive the balance payment:

     For Portable sauna
     - Sample order:within 7 days;
     - 20FT container: 20-25 days;
     - 40HQ container: 30-35 days.
     For Wooden sauna
     - Sample order:within 30 days;
     - 20FT container: 30-45days;
     - 40HQ container: 30-45 days.
